Professional Forklift License

While OSHA does not require a "Forklift License", professional operators like to carry proof of training or certification just in case they are asked. This license is designed on a hard plastic card, like your drivers license and includes your photo, the date of the class, the online instructor and will include the lifts that you are certified to operate.
Your class comes with a digital certificate and evaluation form, but this is a great addition for those that want to show off they are FORKLIFT CERTIFIED!
